　　Witnessed by more than 200 guests, the Chairman of the Group Mr. Li Yuanfa and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Grenada Mr. Peter David delivered speeches at the signing ceremony on behalf of the partners. Subsequently, the two parties signed the "Project Investment Agreement" and the "Land Sale Agreement", marking that the cooperation between the two parties has entered a substantial stage.

　　After the signing ceremony, a grand, Chinese-style theatrical performance kicked off. Well-known Chinese artists brought Chinese classical musical instrument ensemble, Chinese traditional red drum dance, acrobatics, Sichuan opera face change, etc. to the guests of Grenada. The performance brought a wonderful audio-visual feast to the distinguished guests present.

　　The official signing of the Grenada National Tourism Resort Project is not only the continuation and deepening of the deep friendship, but also a new starting point for the common cause of both parties. Singapore Heng Sheng Company received a team from the Robert Trent Jones II Group of Golf Course Architects (RTJ II) to discuss the 18 hole Championship golf course design and construction components of the Grenada National Resort project, developed by Singapore Zheng Sheng Company. In attendance were Jack Lin (Project Manager of golf course construction at Grenada National Resort), Robert 'Trent Jones III (COO of RTJ II), and Mike Gorman. The team had a frank, pleasant, and productive conversation.
