格林纳达国家电视台7月7日报道，格林纳达宣布自7月7日起解除宵禁，但仅限政府批准的行业复工复产，同时要求民众继续遵守佩戴口罩、保持两米的社交距离等防疫规定。格政府决定根据世界各国疫情，划分低、中、高风险等级，逐步开放国际客运航班。7月15日起，将接受低风险等级地区即加勒比地区航班，8月1日起接受中风险等级地区即加拿大、英国和其他欧盟国家的航班，对于来自其他国家和地区的航班尚无明确开放时间。目前，各国商业包机经格方批准后均可来格。
